Outfit O'Clock #98 - Wear It Three Ways

The other day I received an email from IFB HQ (Independent Fashion Bloggers) discussing the woes of blogging from a financial perspective. Obviously, money doesn't grow on trees and posting new outfits everyday means you're having to buy new clothes ALOT. So, with this in mind I decided to create a 'wear it three ways' post to highlight the ways in which you can utilise different pieces within your wardrobe to spruce up a key item of clothing. The key item this week is my scarf print tee from Primark which is in stores now. I've seen it in Telford and Manchester Primark. It's £8 and great for wearing casually during the day, glamming up for evenings or even wearing it for work...

I really love this skirt from Missguided. I'm wearing tights here as it wasn't very hot when I wore this outfit. The black detailing in the top means that it goes well with the black skirt. Not that I'm a matchy person but I like my OCD fashion occasionally ha! Excuse the face I'm pulling, I really wasn't feeling very photogenic. Lolz.
Outfit ideal for shopping, bars and 'pubbing' it with friends. Utilise some glam jewellery, an up-do and heels to create an effective evening outfit.

I'm actually very hungover here so excuse my withdrawn face, could do with some blusher! I really like this top with denim shorts and some tan accessories. The denim shorts are from Cow Vintage. They're actually vintage Levis reworked into shorts. Good times!
Outfit ideal for casual stuff - like shopping, seeing family, hangovers, THE WEEKEND.

You've already seen this outfit so I don't really need to explain it. However this smarter look means the tee can be worn to work! Wahoo. Love a bit of versatility in clothing. The leggings are leather panelled and from Miss Selfridge.

I guess the aim behind this post is to get people thinking about how they can rework items in their wardrobe to get your wear out of them but obviously not wear the same outfit over and over again. Hope you're all enjoying this lovely weather. I've got a few summery posts coming up soon :)

  3. I really enjoyed this post :) it's nice to see how versatile just one item of clothing can be. I am actually a little bit in love with the print on the t-shirt and may have to go and track down! x x
