"My Name Is Tasha & I Have A Passion for Fashion"

I figured that today I would have a go at entering the Passion for Fashion (2) competition which is being held by Money Supermarket to encourage you to save those pennies and look for some bargains! Long term readers of my blog (and even short term readers of my blog) will know that I LOVE a good bargain. I don't like wasting money on expensive items, particularly when there's so much available for less these days. Yes, I will dribble and drool over designer gear but I will always try and find a 'dupe' or similar version on the High Street so that I can pay my overheads next month! You know the drill. Here are my three outfits which can save you some dosh (each outfit comes to under £200) and they all feature clothing and accessories from both high street and online stores! So without further ado, I give to you my #PassionForFashion2 entry. Enjoy....

Casual Wear
Casual Daytime Look

TOTAL COST - £90.49

Casual Evening Look

TOTAL COST - £82.97

"I was really pleased that I managed to find both a casual daytime outfit AND a casual evening outfit for under £200. There's even £26.54 left to spend on some makeup or even afternoon tea! WINNING. For the daytime look I went for my typical, signature style with a feminine embroidered dress and super girly accessories - isn't that satchel gorgeous? For the casual evening outfit I was thinking a few drinks in the pub wearing comfy (yet chic) flats, studded jeans, this gorgeous bow blouse from Ever Ours and some neon yellow accessories to add that much needed pop!"

Metallic Strap Peep Toe Heels £25 from Boohoo
Felt Pork Pie Hat £25 from Topshop
Spike Necklace £12 from River Island
White Stud Skinny Belt £3.99 from New Look

TOTAL COST - £98.98

"The first outfit was based around this gorgeous dress that I found on Matalan's website. It has such a lovely pattern and the colours are perfect for Spring/Summer - plus it's just £16 which is a huge bargain! I figured I'd keep things simple with white accessories and this super cool clutch from Topshop which compliments the colours in the dress perfectly. The next evening look I created was for girls with more of a quirky, alternative style - especially with the cute pork pie hat which adds a bit of fun to the whole ensemble! Metallics are big news for Spring and this Rose Gold skirt and these matching shoes nail the trend perfectly. And as if all that isn't great enough, to top things off you'll be left over with £23.05 from your £200 budget leaving you money for club entry and drinks."

Holiday Wear

Daytime Holiday Look

TOTAL COST - £89.98

Evening Holiday Look

TOTAL COST - £98.99

"This bold and bright daytime outfit is perfect for your holidays as you can really experiment with colour!  I've gone for a bit of a hippy look with the tie dye dress from Fashion Union and these octagonal glasses from River Island. The bright green bag is an ideal size for all of your holiday essentials - bottled water, sunglasses case, purse, phone, camera, sun cream - and compliments the green shades in the dress perfectly! For the holiday evening look I went for a chic, monochrome outfit that even Karl Lagerfield would be proud of. This white sixties style, peter pan collar dress will show off any tan and the gorgeous wedge shoes will lengthen legs to make you stand out from the crowd. Team with this cute bow detail bag from Miss Selfridge, some red lippy and a fabulous beehive! Combined together these outfits leave you £11.03 left to spend on drinks, lunch or a few ice creams at the beach!"

Both of your casual looks are stunning and definitely something I would chose to wear myself. Good luck with the competition, feel free to have a look at my entry.
