Outfit O'Clock #186 - The Greatest Of Lengths

Khaki Sheer Dress - Mee Mee £25  |  Gilet - New Look £15 (Sale) | Necklace - Cow Vintage £9 | Tan Boots - Fashion Union* Now £23 | Bracelets - Primark £2.50

Hello little friends of the interwebs.

I received this khaki, sheer maxi dress from Mee Mee {dot com} when I won one of their Twitter competitions a few weeks back. I don't win things very often so I was over the bladdy moon when I won this dress. 'Oh happy days' is what I cried! The dress itself is not my usual style, however I do like experimenting and just lately I've been wearing things that take me out of my style comfort zone. I've even got my hair tied back which is unusual... what is with that? I never tie my hair back unless I'm bunning that shiz up! Love a good bun.

Anywho I don't often talk about my personal life however big changes will hopefully be happening this summer including a potential move to London (I've got my heart set on it) so that I can hunt down and pursue my dream job. I will let you know how I get on with that one! I just wanted to put it out there and see if any of you guys have made the big move to London (or a big city) and what tips you have for just getting up and going! For example, how did you go about finding a place to live (where's good to live in London?) Did you move first and then find a job? Or did you find a job and then move down? I'm in need of some motivational stories and information peeps :)

  1. Haiii sexay. I really love that dress - it's not something I'd usually wear either but it looks absolutely incredible on you.Love your hair like that my little choggin' freind.
Ohh how exciting about the move!! I wouldn't call Nottingham a big city, but it was defo a big change from the countryside where I'm from. This job talk scares me... I must start applying for jobs... eek. And find a house. Oh the joys life brings
