#257 - In Bloom

Floral playsuit, £25 from She Likes* // Pink shirt, £6 from Primark // Leather biker jacket, £120 from IL2L* // Platform shoes, £62 from Office // Marc by Marc Jacobs sunglasses, £104 from Sunglasses Shop*

I love this particular playsuit, especially because with the print and the chiffon material you can just pop a smart shirt underneath, add some tights and heels, and hey presto: you've got an outfit you can wear to work. I wish they did it in a full length version because I'd definitely take it to Morocco with me (which is where I'm going next month on my jolly holidays - EXCITED FACE).

Whilst we're on the subject of Morocco, I need your help! I'm having a bit of a mare finding Morocco-appropriate outfits for our wee vacation. Trying to find light clothing (so I don't bake) that covers both my shoulders and legs is pretty difficult! I keep seeing all of these beautiful summer dresses but they're usually completely inappropriate - either too short or too strappy. ARGH. Being a short arse doesn't help things either as anything that is remotely maxi in length drowns me. So, my request... If you guys have any suggestions of retailers who would be good to pay a visit in order to kit out my holiday wardrobe with some midi / maxi length dresses, as well as petite jumpsuits and other appropriate daywear, then I'd really appreciate it...

I'm currently trĂ©s excited for the weekend as Amy and Robyn are headed my way for an adventure-filled two days, which may or may not involve the safari park... and nachos. Tis gonna be swell.

Hope you're all having a fab week <3

  1. Nachos and safari parks, what a combo! Looking luuush as ever x

  2. Beautiful romper! It will be such a great piece to have with you on holiday!

  3. Gorgeous print - love it layered over a shirt as well! x

  4. Love this outfit! The layering is perfect!
    And love the heels.

  5. Love the playsuit, its so cute. I had a similar issue of holiday clothing when I went to India, I recommend Miss Selfridge they have loads of lightweight printed jogger style trousers perfect for hot weather but maintaining your modesty just combine with a little top and pashmina. Have an amazing time in Morocco.
