#272 - Paisley Vs Leopard Print

Paisley tunic with bell sleeves - H&M // Cardigan - M&S // Coat - Warehouse // Jeans - Miss Selfridge // Vagabond Boots - Office // Handbag - Karen Millen

Today I wore a paisley dress with a leopard print cardigan and coat. Yes, it's a questionable combination but it was bloody cold and I needed the layers.

You know that saying, 'a Sunday well spent brings a week of content'? Well if today's anything to go by, this week should be epic. We walked via Kentish Town to Hampstead Heath earlier and mooched around for a bit. We stopped off at a pub called Camden's Daughter and had a sausage and egg bun to give us a bit of energy (which was delicious btw, I'd defo head back there for some scram) then we continued on to Parliament Hill. It was a tad muddier than we expected so we had a little walk around the park area, looked at all of the dogs and commented on how we should probably get one at some point, and then ventured down some of the nearby streets where the houses are 'uuuuuge. It made me realise that I need to get my skates on and become a millionaire.

You may also have noticed that my hair has lost about 10 inches in length. Last weekend I decided to get it all chopped off - new year, new hair, and all that jazz. I did a bit of research and discovered that you can actually donate your hair to be made into wigs - so I asked my hairdresser to plait my hair and chop it off at the bobble. I then donated it to the Little Princess Trust, a charity that makes wigs for children experiencing hair loss. If you're looking to go for a drastic haircut this year, I'd definitely recommend donating your hair so it doesn't go to waste. Recycling at its finest! (Read more about my mop chop here...)

Anywho I'm now off to go and eat leftover chocolate from Christmas (it's a hard job but someone has to do it). Hope you've all had a fabulous weekend xxx

  1. I didn't know you can actually donate just a bit of hair - I always thought it needs to be like loooooooads or like a whole head of hair so I'd have to shave it. I should have really done that when I had a buzzcut but that was back in the Czech Republic and we are such a bad nation for charitable deeds so I don't think it would even be a thing you can do there! x
